ENHANCE training

Some Foundation doctors at MFT and across the region are ENHANCE trainees.  This is an initiative from NHS England to focus training on generalist skills to equip the doctors of the future to respond to evolving population needs in a changing healthcare landscape.  We have two varieties of ENHANCE tracks at MFT; ENHANCE-Enable and ENHANCE-Explore.  Elements vary  by track, but include protected time for curated e-learning (Enable tracks) and in some cases communty experience and regional study days (Explore tracks).  Please visit this link for more infomation on ENHANCE, including guides for Foundation doctors and educational supervisors.
